March 1st is two days away (!!!) and with it, the start of a mile a day in March 2016 challenge. To reiterate from the original post, all you’d need to do to participate is carve out some time each day in March to walk/jog/run/bike/dance/gym/move for at least one mile (walking a mile takes approx. 20-25 minutes). You would then take a picture of yourself in motion, and post it to instagram with the hashtag #amileadayinMarch so we can cheer each other on and build community.
As a BONUS this year, I’ve created all the free downloadable elements you see in this post to go along with this challenge and hopefully make it a bit more fun and interactive, if you decide to print them out and use them. I talk about how I plan to you use them in the following video:

I hope you like the printables and find them helpful and motivating if you decide to use them, but more than that, I hope you make this movement challenge your own. Use or don’t use any of the printables. This could be solely an Instagram challenge, or solely a scrapbooking challenge. It could be included in your planner, or not. It’s entirely up to you, but if you do post something to Instagram, I’d appreciate it if you tagged me @amandarosezamp so I can see. I’d love for us to keep each other motivated and accountable. Let’s kick March’s butt one mile at a time!
